We met Diego Kraidelman on the internet. He put together a terrific package for two couples visiting off a cruise ship. Along with our trip to the falls he included a tour of Buenos Aires and Montevideo. We were treated like visiting "royals". All this personalized service was way below the cost of the ship's shore excursions. He handled a crisis of a necessary change of our plans due to an unexpected change in the ship's itinerary. He did it all via Email from the ship even working on the weekend. What a pleasure to work with such a caring efficient agent.

Hi Diego

Just wanted to drop you an email to let you know how much we enjoyed the private Buenos Aires tour.

Our tour guide Patricia was a gem! Very polished in the English language and extraordinary knowledgeable of Argentinean culture. One of the tour events--Recolletta was outstanding because of Patricia's interest and personal research on the families interred in the mausoleums.

We had a lot of fun lunching and strolling thru La Buca with Patricia and felt enriched by her descriptions while touring all the neighborhoods with her. We enjoyed her and all her friends around the city!

Her insights about the history, pictures and personalities depicted in the Casa Rosada was another highlight.

Also, she introduced us to the staff at the tango bar including a very very capable instructor for our Tango lesson. He got us dancing in a very short time . The tango show was excellent at tracing the history and evolution of the dance ---way more than I expected.

Lastly, Susan went to Colonia, Uruguay with Patricia and without going into the details it was everything you said it would be. Patricia showed her the town and the winery and the guy with the 3 different Guiness World Records. Very good

We enjoyed the tours because Patricia made it into something special.

Hi Diego

Just received the last voucher for the ground services in Iguazu which means you are possibly still focusing on work when you are suppose to be on holidays.

We thank you so very much for all your efforts in making the first lot of bookings so smoothly but we cannot thank you enough for all your efforts with the changes. We were all in "melt down" mode when we were notified of port changes and disappointed at the thought of not being able to see the Falls..not to mention the thought of hassling with insurance claims!

If everyone in Discover Uruguay has customer relations like you do we have no hestation in recommending the company to our friends and fellow travellers.
